Participation in our first Flex in the City Studio Whole30 will cost 50 euro and will include plenty of resources and cheat sheets you’ll need to be successful, kickoff and reintroduction meetings, membership in an online community for encouragement and accountability, and ongoing daily support whenever you have a question or need encouragement. It may seem hyperbolic, but if you follow the technical rules and the spirit and intention of the program – this will literally change your life.
