Whole30 Avocado Egg Salad

- Hardboiled Eggs - Cooked, Cooled, and Peeled 8 each
- Avocado - 1 each
- Dijon Mustard - 1 TBSP
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Paprika 1 TSP
- Sea Salt 1 TSP
- Black Pepper 1 TSP
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients together and mash until well combined.
- Enjoy on top of lettuce wraps or a bed of greens - possibly with tomatoes if you like.
