Hi! I’m Miranda and I am beyond excited to have a platform to share my passion for cooking real (but still delicious) foods, enthusiasm for all things barre, and thoughts and ideas on a building a more healthy, holistic, and happy lifestyle. I am a Christian, a wife, a puppy mom, a nutritional therapy practitioner (NTP) in training, and a barre and Pilates instructor who recently became a homeowner back home after living as an expat in Ireland for a few years.
